Privacy Policy

Effective from 1 November 2026

This policy describes how NextGen Services, s.r.o. handles personal data on this website, in email communication and when working with customers. Each of our apps also has its own policy describing exactly what data it processes.

Controller

The controller is NextGen Services, s.r.o., Company ID 04977513, registered office Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 92900. For privacy matters contact us at info@nextgenservices.eu. We have not appointed a data protection officer as we are not required to.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools and loads no third-party content (fonts, maps, videos). The hosting provider Cloudflare technically processes your IP address and browser data on each visit to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. We do not use these records to track visitors.

When you write to us

We process your email address, name and message to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, for support, the performance of a contract (the app licence). We keep correspondence for at most 36 months, unless we need it longer to handle claims.

Customers and partners

For enquiries and projects we process contact and billing details as needed to conclude and perform the contract and to meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting). Accounting records are kept for the period required by law.

Apps and games

Each app has its own privacy policy, available on the app's website, in the store and on the Apps page. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google as independent controllers; we never see your card details.

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

We do not sell data. We share it only with processors that help us operate (hosting and email providers: Cloudflare and Webglobe) and with public authorities where required by law. If a processor is located outside the EU, we transfer data only under a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to info@nextgenservices.eu; we will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version, with its effective date, is always on this page.

Policies of individual apps

App policies follow one template. They describe whether the app requires an account, what data it processes, where it is stored, which permissions it uses, who else receives data and how to delete it.
